The 8-week mindfulness and meditation course is designed to guide you through a transformative journey of cultivating awareness, presence, and emotional balance. Based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s 7 Attitudes of Mindfulness, each week focuses on a key attitude—such as patience, non-judging, or trust—and offers practical tools and meditation practices to integrate it into everyday life. With guided meditations, reflection prompts, and weekly mindful moment challenges, the offering helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, reduce stress, and foster a sense of peace. Throughout the program, you will be encouraged to cultivate mindfulness in all aspects of life, creating a lasting foundation for continued growth and well-being.
